Our group offers families and carers of people with brain injury, the opportunity to talk openly about brain injury and its impact. We offer a space for people to share their experience and support one another in a confidential environment.

Supporting South West Londoners following a Stroke

Moving On (SW London Stroke Club) provides the opportunity for stroke surviviors to meet in an informal atmosphere where they may share ideas, swap information, enjoy the company and support each other. Family and friends are most welcome and regular Carers Support sessions are offered.

Befriending/signposting for common mental health problems

We specialise in caring for adults who have become disabled following a brain injury; caused by physical injury or a progressive neurological condition. Balancing traditional practice with specialist therapies and technologies, we work to improve the quality of life for everyone in our care.

Small Steps

helping children with disabilities & their families

Small Steps is a school for parents to learn how to help their own children with cerebral palsy or other forms of motor impairment, syndromes or sensory impairment. - We work with children from birth to 4 years old, on all areas of their development. - The services we provide are free to use.

The Sunflower Café provides information about living with dementia and other services available locally in an informal and comfortable environment. Dementia Cafés are also a place to relax, socialise and meet other people with dementia and their carers.
