Wandsworth Independent Living Scheme

Catch 22

Catch22 Wandsworth Independent Living Scheme provides support to young people leaving the care of Wandsworth Children's Services and to those who have moved into supported housing. We work to provide outreach support to young people in independent accommodation throughout the borough.

Telecare is a service made up of personal and environmental sensors that enable people to remain safe and independent in their own home for longer. 24 hour monitoring ensures that, should an event occur, the information is acted upon immediately and the most appropriate response put in place.
