The Expert Patients Programme

Taking control of your long term health condition

This is a six-week course run by tutors who also have a long-term health condition. The purpose of the course is to enable you to take more control of managing your own health. The EPP course is open to anyone living with or recovering from a long-term condition and all places are free.

The Gateway Club is an activities group in Wandsworth for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities. It's run by Wandsworth Mencap and offers games, craft nights, music, and yoga. It is currently based at the Atheldene Centre.
