Community garden growing healthy produce to share

Open Saturdays 10am - 1pm & Wednesdays 12:30 - 3:30pm. Volunteer run garden on the roof of the DRCA. We grow fruit, veg & herbs. There are two lawns, flowers, mature trees & benches to sit & enjoy the garden. Volunteers welcome! We provide all tools, gloves, seeds etc. Come & meet us!

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis.

The Handyperson service undertakes minor repairs, DIY-style tasks and other small jobs in or around the home. The service is available to anyone aged 60-plus whether homeowner, private or council tenant.

Heathfield Library Access Point

Heathfield library closed in March 2011 and some key services are now delivered from a temporary Library Access Point. Located within Whitton community centre, the Library Access Point provides a small collection of books for adults and children and audio books.
