HOPE Course

If you are caring for someone who has cancer or is recovering after cancer, the HOPE Course (Helping to Overcome Problems Effectively) can help you manage stress and emotional difficulties and to get more out of life. HOPE is a free course run by healthcare professionals with personal experience of cancer. The course is held over two sessions, each 2 1/2 hours long. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other people at the same time as learning proactive new ways to maintain your health and wellbeing.
