There are 63 studio apartments, based on the ground & first floor. Each apartment has a separate bathroom and a large kitchen.


Services & Security  

Sheltered Housing Officers

There are two experienced sheltered housing officers who are available to offer advice and to give assistance whenever necessary, Monday – Friday. An emergency warden responds to calls outside regular office hours.

The sheltered housing officers generally look after residents’ well-being, manage the block and arrange any services such as meals on wheels or home care. Most of all sheltered housing officers provide a friendly & reassuring presence.

Each apartment has a range of safety features, including:

- Emergency pull-cord alarm system

- Multi secure front  &back doors

- Front door spy-holes

The clubroom leads to the scheme’s gardens, in summer the garden is often the centre of social gatherings where you can enjoy a coffee, other activities or simply a place to read and relax away from your own apartment.

Suggestions for new activities are always welcome.
