We run regular friendly self-help groups in our Tooting Hub and at Springfield Hospital for anyone who experiences unusual perceptions or beliefs or who hears voices, has visions or has done so in the past. All Unusual Perceptions Groups are centred around the needs and aspirations of members.

The Out and About Group facilitates regular outings and trips for people using our Recovery Support services. Service users, staff and volunteers work together to plan and promote the schedule, which is regularly updated.

Active Wellbeing (Wandsworth)

Active Wellbeing launched as a pilot in January 2016 to tackle physical inactivity amongst people with mental illness in Wandsworth. People are matched with an instructor to undertake a tailored, 1:1 exercise programme for up to 12 weeks (one hour a week) in a local leisure centre, gym or park.
