Transition Information Network
supporting disabled young people's transition to adulthood
Who we are

The Transition Information Network (TIN) is an alliance of organisations and individuals who come together with a common aim: to improve the experience of disabled young people’s transition to adulthood.

Our purpose is to provide information about the transition process that is useful to disabled young people, parents/carers and professionals.

What we do

We provide information and resources about transition through our website, publications and events.

We publish a magazine called My Future Choices. The magazine is for disabled young people, families and professionals. It includes articles about transition projects, interviews with disabled young people, the latest policy and charity news and resources.

We produce an e-bulletin which lists the latest policy and practice developments effecting disabled young people in transition.

We run seminars which provide disabled young people, parents and professionals the opportunity to explore and discuss transition issues.

Membership to TIN is free. You will receive My Future Choices magazine by post and our monthly e-bulletin by email.
