Community Counselling - Balham
...offering support in a safe place.

Counselling involves a weekly one-to-one session with the same councellor.

Establishing a trusting relationship with this person helps you to understand your problems, your feelings and how others react to you. This can lead to increased self confidence and helps to facilitate change.

Bottled up feelings such as anger, anxiety, grief and embarrassment can become very intense. Counselling offers an opportunity to explore them in a safe environment, with the possibility of making them easier to understand.

We could help with issues such as:

- Anxiety

- Abuse

- Stress

- Bereavement

- Low self esteem

- Relationship problems

- Family difficulties
