Catch 22 provides the following services in Wandsworth:

Wandsworth Brighter Futures

Wandsworth Brighter Futures supports children and families affected by domestic abuse.

Families with children aged 5 to 10-years-old

■Families receive one-to-one support and group work

■Families will be involved for six to 12 months

Wandsworth Young People’s Health Agency

Substance misuse and mental health services

11 to 18-years-old

London borough of Wandsworth

■individuals care plan is created

■free assessments and counselling

Wandsworth Independent Living Scheme

Wandsworth Independent Living Scheme provides support to young people leaving the care of Wandsworth Children’s Services and to those who have moved into supported housing.

Core to our work in social action is the 834 volunteers who delivered 57,313 hours of support last year. The impact achieved by these volunteers is vitally important, as is our focus on making sure we can engage more volunteers in the coming year.
