Lung Songs
Free Singing Sessions for Respiratory & Cardiac Patients
020 8725 3016

Singing has been shown to be a form of gentle cardio-vascular exercise that deepens the breath cycle and regulates heart rate. Breathing exercises and easy, accessible singing can support patients to manage and improve their health conditions.

Respiratory and Cardiac Patients are welcome to join Lung Songs, a fun, friendly group for gentle exercises and singing for wellbeing (plus tea and biscuits).

Sessions are held on the first and third Thursday of the month, from 2pm to 3.15pm at St George's Hospital - see map.

For more information contact Jane Nolan, Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab Department, on 020 8725 3016
