Wandsworth Housing Adaptation and Repairs Forum
The WHARF Service

The Wandsworth Housing Adaptation and Repairs Forum (WHARF) looks to support the more vulnerable (eg older, disabled, low income) Wandsworth residents remain safe, secure and warm in their homes.

If you are supporting a client at work or someone caring for a client and they have issues relating to the safety, security or accessibility of their house then please feel free to contact WHARF to see if we can help.

On our website you can download a referral form and see the range of ways that WHARF tries to support clients with remaining independent in their home.

You can also contact WHARF on 020 3198 8945 (answerphone facility).

Referral Service

WHARF aims to be the first point of call for information and advice relating to the small housing improvement and adaptation services within Wandsworth.

Referrals can come from carers, support works, professionals and even the cleint themselves. WHARF then works with the client to determine what services they could benefit from to remain safe, secure independant and healthy within their own home.

WHARF has good links with the different statutory, health, and third sector services within Wandsworth so can provide valuable support and a secure speedy referral service for clients.

Clients remain members of WHARF and will be updated from time to time on WHARF news.
