Healthwatch Richmond
Your local watchdog for NHS and social care services
Healthwatch Richmond

Healthwatch Richmond is the independent watchdog for NHS and social care services in the Richmond borough. We seek the views and experiences of local people to help make these services better. Contact us and tell us what you think about the NHS and social care: your views are important!

What We Do

  • We gather the views of local people about their needs and experiences of Health and Social Care services.

  • We take what we hear and work with the key decision makers and service providers to change local services in Richmond for the better.

  • We promote and support the involvement of local people in the monitoring, commissioning and provision of local services.

  • We send regular information about our projects, how to get involved and our achievements in our Newsletter and Bulletins.

  • We make reports and recommendations for how services could or should be improved.

  • Signposting – We provide information and advice about local health and social care services. Any questions, we're here to help!

  • With trained volunteers, we 'enter and view' premises that provide health and social care services, to review the care that they are providing.

  • We are part of a national network of independent local Healthwatch organisations.

  • Our phonelines are open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm on 020 8099 5335. Alternatively, complete our Contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
